Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Master Perfumer, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products we don't have Return Policy, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for opened or used perfumes due to hygiene and authenticity concerns. Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product.

• You receive the wrong item.

In such cases:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear unboxing videos/photos as proof.

• Once approved, refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Opened or partially used products.

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

• Delay in delivery caused by courier or uncontrollable events.
