    At The Master Perfumer, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

    1. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

    • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    2. Refund Policy

    We do not offer refunds for opened or used perfumes due to hygiene and authenticity concerns. Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

    • You receive a damaged product.

    • If you receive the wrong item, you will get free replacement.

    In such cases:

    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Provide clear 360 degree unboxing videos as proof. Note : We Ship packages in tamper proof courier bags only.

    • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    3. Non-Refundable Situations

    • Change of mind after purchase.

    • Opened or partially used products.

    • Products damaged due to customer/courier mishandling.

    • Delay in delivery caused by courier or uncontrollable events.
